We are developing two wind power projects for JSPL—400 MW and 300 MW—in Karnataka’s Koppal district. With government approvals secured and 80% land acquisition completed by March 2025, these CTU-connected wind farms highlight our expertise in large-scale renewable energy projects, driven by streamlined land acquisition and regulatory facilitation.

We are supporting Purvah Green Power across three CTU-connected wind projects in Karnataka, including a 300 MW project in Ballari and two 350 MW projects in Vijayapura. Our scope includes land acquisition and EPC execution, backed by expertise in land aggregation, regulatory facilitation, Right of Way (RoW) resolution, and development of essential infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
We are currently developing a 300 MW wind power project in Davangere and a 200 MW wind power project in Ballari, with Government Orders already secured for both projects. Key activities—including land acquisition, regulatory facilitation, Right of Way (RoW) resolution, and development of access infrastructure such as internal roads and bellmouths—are actively in progress.
We secured Government Orders for Gentari Renewables’ 532 MW hybrid project (400 MW Solar + 132 MW Wind) in Vijayanagara. We are facilitating the acquisition of 40 acres of solar land for BluPine Energy, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and local requirements. Our comprehensive end-to-end support includes managing the legal, administrative, and on-ground processes, highlighting our expertise in delivering seamless solar infrastructure solutions.
We are supporting Serentica’s 300 MW wind project in Dharwad through land acquisition for 33 WTG sites. Our scope covers private land acquisition with RoW, regulatory compliances, and enabling clear access via bitumen roads. We also provide temporary infrastructure and mobilization support to ensure smooth WTG construction and . & commissioning
We have successfully secured Government Orders (GOs) in a timely manner for two wind energy projects in Karnataka for O2 Power: a 199.8 MW project in Vijayanagara district and a 119.7 MW project in Vijayapura district. These projects demonstrate our efficiency in regulatory execution and our commitment to accelerating India’s clean energy growth.
We have received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Mahindra Susten for a 300 MW solar project in Bidar, following the securing of Government Order approvals and acquisition of 1,260 acres of land. Additionally, we are evaluating the feasibility of a 150 MW wind project at Aurad, Bidar. This reflects our capability in executing large-scale renewable energy solutions and further strengthens our collaboration with Mahindra Susten.
