A B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from one of Karnataka’s leading government institutes, with over 25 years of diverse industrial experience, including more than 20 years in the Solar and Wind energy sectors. Experience includes working with reputed companies such as Tata Power, ReNew Power, and Moser Baer Solar. Expertise includes project execution, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University and Master Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi, reflecting a strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality-focused practices.

Kaushal Kr. Verma

A seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of diversified experience across Pharma, FMCG, Retail, and Hospitality sectors, specializing in financial strategy, treasury management, compliance, and business transformation. He holds ACMA and ACCA credentials and is SAP (FICO) certified, with expertise in IPO planning, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and ERP implementation. He has worked with reputed organizations such as Sodexo, Coca-Cola, SPAR, Barbeque Nation, MK Agrotech (Supure), AyurCentral, and other industry leaders. With a strategic and hands-on leadership approach, he partners with management teams to align financial functions with growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

A Civil Engineering professional with over 36 years of experience in Solar power, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects across India. Successfully delivered more than 500 MW of solar projects, with strong expertise in EPC execution, land acquisition, approvals, and project management. Professional experience includes working with Tata Power, ReNew, and Lanco Infra.

Possesses strong expertise in planning, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
